If you are unable to attend an existing appointment, you can change it at no charge 2 business days (48 hours) in advance. We will then be able to provide care for another patient in this time. However, if you do not cancel in time, we will be forced to bill you for the reserved time slot.
We aim at having your appointments with us proceed as efficiently and pleasantly as possible.
We will do everything we can to see you at the exact time determined.
Unfortunately, we are increasingly confronted by patients who arrive too late, or not at all, to their appointments without calling (on time).
In order to be able to continue to guarantee the high level of care we provide, we have set up a number of simple house rules:
- Appointments can be changed free of charge up to two business days in advance.
- Failure to appear without calling will result in a portion of the reserved time being billed.
- If you fail to arrive more than twice without calling, we regret that we must terminate our professional relationship.
